Championing Neurodiversity on track
I am a 14 year old graduate of SIM Motorsport race school aiming to demonstrate neurodiversity is a superpower for success. Support me to take the next step in my racing career and demonstrate your company's recognition of the important role the neurodiverse play in society.
And so... The passion begins!
First Sim aquired!
By the age of 8 I was really struggling, including to pay attention at school. It was a challenging time for me and my family.
With the help of some amazing SEND teachers and the support I found through the brilliant ADHD Foundation, I learned to understand my neurodiversity and recognise the advantages it gives me.
Now I make the most of my differences to give me an edge on track, including through my ability to quickly grasp technical, engineering and data factors and translate them into performance improvement.
I hope by sharing my journey from a frustrated, unhappy 8 year old to an increasingly confident young person, that I might contribute to the growing awareness of the huge potential in the one in five of us who are neurodiverse.
In supporting, not only are you helping me to get out on track to prove neurodiversity is no barrier, but you are also showing your company's support for the 1 in 5 people in the UK with a neurodiversity.
Neurodiversity isn't a barrier, but the cost of Motorsport is. Please get in touch if you think you can help me and I can help you.
